First things first we purchased an engin from you guys , went to install it to find out it was seized , so had to make another trip out to get another engin , you said you were gonna be by to pick up the old one , still haven’t been by .... called a few days ago for a transmission , go to pick it up , you guys haven’t even pulled it from the car yet ... then asked if it could be delivered and at the same time the old engin could be picked up ... you guys refused ... what kinda customer service skills do you have ?? You want me to pay 450+ for a transmission and no one had the dignity to let me know it was still in the car and now you don’t even wanna do a good deed and deliver for all the troubles ! Would not recommend this business , might be educated on parts but you lack in the customer service department !
